This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Service and applies to your use of CuToken's website and prompt-optimization services (the "Service"). It should be read together with, and does not limit, the disclaimers and liability provisions in those Terms.
1. Informational Purpose Only
CuToken is a text-optimization tool intended to help reduce the length of prompts submitted to third-party AI systems. Optimized output is provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. It is not, and should not be treated as, professional advice of any kind.
2. No Guarantee of Meaning Preservation
Optimization inherently involves rewording, restructuring, and shortening your original text. While CuToken aims to preserve meaning, no automated system can guarantee that 100% of the nuance, intent, tone, or factual detail of your original prompt survives the optimization process.
You are responsible for reviewing optimized output against your original intent before using it — particularly for prompts related to medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, academic, or other high-stakes contexts, where even a small unintended change in meaning could produce a materially different or harmful result.
3. Third-Party AI Output
Our Pro tier uses a large language model to produce a further-refined result. Large language models, including any used in connection with the Service, are known to occasionally produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased, nonsensical, or otherwise unexpected — a phenomenon sometimes referred to as "hallucination." CuToken does not control, and cannot guarantee, the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of output produced with the assistance of any third-party AI model. You should independently verify any such output before relying on it.
4. Not Professional Advice
Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation before acting on anything derived from output generated by the Service.
5. Assumption of Risk
You use the Service, and any output it produces, entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CuToken disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or harm — direct or indirect — arising from your reliance on, or use of, optimized output, including where that output is subsequently submitted to a third-party AI system, published, or acted upon in any way. This includes losses arising indirectly from decisions or actions taken on the basis of the optimized output, even where CuToken was not directly involved in that decision or action.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CuToken. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
This Disclaimer should be read together with the "No Warranty" and "Limitation of Liability" sections of our Terms of Service, which apply in full to the matters described here.
8. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
